Wedfest consists of 2 events per year split over two seasons – Spring and Autumn.
Each year delivers over 1000 visitors via the live show and website looking for services, products or suppliers to help shape their special day. Join us at our events located at the fabulous Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork City.

Floor plan and rates
There are 2 different booth sizes available - Pod & Roll up banner or 2m x 2.5m stall.
Six months free subscription on our website and email list. The subscription to our ‘Check Your Date’ function on our website allows couples to check their wedding date and all the inquiries get sent to our suppliers. This is great for generating leads ALL YEAR round. This feature is included with being an exhibitor with Wedfest or can be accessed for €40 per month. (total value of €240 absolutely free!)

2m x 2.5m Stall comes with 6ft table
Exhibitor stands are limited per category
There are only a limited amount of Pod tables for small businesses. Pods are 1.20m x 2.3m. Pod table included.
50% deposit payable on sign up, remainder to be paid 30 days before the event.
